PAC VISION

PAC aims to become the model aquatic program for the state of Illinois. We hope that all of our coaches and athletes strive to realize excellence on deck and in the pool where character always counts.

Our shared values with Stevenson High School and District 125 provide a foundation for the PAC community.

PAC MISSION

• Support athletes of all levels and abilities with coaching that meets their individual needs
• Provide guidance, motivation, and structured goal-setting through regular coach–athlete check-ins
• Build success through consistency, commitment, and hard work
• Use the sport of swimming to inspire personal growth, confidence, and accountability
• Uphold USA Swimming Safe Sport standards to ensure a safe, healthy, and positive environment for every athlete
