PATRIOT AQUATIC CLUB

We provide a wide range of competitive groups within our program. Here is a description of our organization structure.

ELITE

The Elite Group represents the highest level within our program. This group consists of athletes ages 14 and older who have achieved Futures-level time standards or higher. These swimmers demonstrate a strong commitment to training and competing at the highest levels of the sport.

PATRIOT PLUS

Patriot Plus is our 13 & Over group designed for athletes who demonstrate a strong commitment to progressing to the next level of competition. Swimmers ages 13–14 are expected to be State qualifiers, while athletes ages 15 & Over are expected to achieve Regional qualifying standards.

PATRIOT

Patriot is our 13–14 age group designed for athletes transitioning from Junior Patriot and working toward advancement into Patriot Plus. This group emphasizes individualized development, ensuring each athlete progresses at an appropriate pace and builds the skills, habits, and confidence necessary for a successful transition to the next level.

JR PATRIOT

Junior Patriot is our competitive 11-12 year old group. This group focuses on developing athletes by building the technical skills, training habits, and competitive mindset necessary to succeed at higher levels of competition.

Athletes ages 11–12 are required to have at least a B-level time standard.

LIL PATRIOT

Lil Patriot is our 10 & Under group focused on establishing the core skills essential for long-term success. This group lays the foundation for our entire program by emphasizing proper technique, fundamental training habits, and a positive introduction to competitive swimming.

MINI PATRIOT

Mini Patriot is our primary developmental group. This group is designed for athletes ages 9 & Under who are transitioning into a competitive swim team environment. The focus is on teaching foundational skills, introducing structured practice habits, and developing the tools necessary to thrive as part of a competitive swimming program.
